We are looking for Technical Project Manager who will lead project life cycle execution from kick-off till release: planning, execution, and control for one of the company’s strategic products.

As a member of the program team, you will interact with all company’s disciplines (R&D, OPS, Field, Finance, Management, etc.) and will make project-related decisions on a daily basis.

What you'll be doing:
• Manage developments from R&D phase till successful proliferation at the customer site
• Lead project life cycle execution from kick-off till release: planning, execution, and control
• Responsible for program success; meeting content & performance to spec, schedule, and budget.
o Verify product performance validation on R&D phase and customer site
o Smooth transition from NPI to Ops and Field
o Manage sustain platform activities: ECO’s, obsoletes etc.
What you should have?
• More than 5 years’ experience in working on complex multidisciplinary projects
• More than 3 years’ experience as a project manager or direct team management
• B.Sc in in engineering or science field, M.Sc is an advantage.
• Multidisciplinary management (Physics, Mechanics, Optics, Electronics and SW) capabilities in Matrix organization.
• Ability to see the greater picture while diving into details when needed
• Independent in work
• Communication and presentation skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills
