What your day will look like:
You will play a significant role as a leader in the global accounting team and a leader in our Israel office.
You will work directly with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership and various departments, to drive key initiatives successfully.
You will be an important mentor in supporting the team’s development, lending expertise in critical decision making and collaborating across the organization.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and analysis to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial targets are met
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks and auditors
Build strong connections and communication lines among employees in Israel as well as local and global support functions. Ensure support functions are aligned with the company's strategy and work together to common goals
Responsible for the accounting of Axonius’s Israel and EMEA operations - including general ledger, payroll and financial reporting.
Responsible for ongoing training and mentoring of a team in Israel, including GL, Accounts payable and payroll.
Responsible for the coordination and preparation of statutory financial accounts, tax returns and tax audits
Works with legal to ensure the site complies with legal, regulatory and company policies and standards and managing risks relating to admin functions.
Support treasury functions, managing relationships with local banks
Support the global procurement team as well as other global teams based in the US, on initiatives and projects in Israel and EMEA.
Prepare comprehensive annual operating plans, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive forecast and planning cycles.
Manage OpEx and headcount forecasting for R&D teams.

Experience in the hi-tech industry, especially in SaaS companies

A minimum of 10 years of combined management and leadership experience with expertise in accounting and finance, preferably in US-headquartered or global, high-technology, fast-growing companies.
Experience in publicly traded companies is preferred.
Israeli CPA or Chartered Accountancy (inactive status accepted)
Advantage:
A Bachelors Degree in accounting. MBA, advantage.
Knowledge and experience in US-GAAP
Experience leading in a culturally diverse, international environment
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
