EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager (Temporary)

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team!

What your day will look like:

  • Play a pivotal role in the growth of Axonius in the CTO department, and Israeli site.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Leading a very talented team of Talent Acquisition Leaders and you will continue to support their growth and development.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and plan strategy accordingly.

  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including AI, job boards, social media, and networking events, to source candidates and build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Work closely with employer branding through creative recruitment marketing and engagement strategies.

  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics and provide insights to CTO senior management.

  • Analyze the efficiency of your efforts and constantly look to improve on the success of each initiative.

  • Strong Project Manager, comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
