Who we seek:
We seek an energetic and positive Office Manager to join our HR team.
The position is Sunday - Thursday from our TLV site, working hours 9:00 - 18:00
What you’ll do:
Sitting at the reception desk and handle overall administrative responsibilities (greeting visitors, assisting employees, etc.)
Maintain the kitchen inventory, place supermarket orders, and manage office supplies.
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
Oversee the budget and purchase order processes, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
Assist with planning and executing various HR activities, such as employee welfare, gift-giving, happy hours, holiday celebrations, and company events.
Ensure effective communication with employees, promptly and professionally addressing questions and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relations.
Bring innovation, creativity, and ambition to office management problems.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role.
Experience in a startup company.
High-level English, both written and spoken - MUST.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Have a fun, energetic, people-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
