You will manage the front desk of the company,

Handling all employees’ flights

Order of all office supply

Managing suppliers such as car leasing and mobile phone


What do you need to have?

Experience in administrative work- A must. Military service experience can be as well.

Previous experience in high-tech company- an advantage

Multitask skills

Excellent communication skills and service state of mind.

Office 365 previous working experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Full time position in Herzeliya

Ability and willingness to work after office hours and weekends when necessary
