Subsidiaries management: Manage legal matters related to the company’s subsidiaries, including entity formation, corporate governance, and intercompany agreements. SOX Compliance: support the company’s compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), including maintaining and enhancing internal controls in collaboration with the internal audit team. Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of vendor agreements. What you need to succeed:
LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar Mother-tongue level English, excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 5 years of relevant experience in a leading law firm (preferably in technology, capital markets, commercial or M&A departments) and/or company in-house experience Experience in a public company is an advantage Experience in reviewing vendor agreements independently Be a creative and pragmatic team player who quickly establishes a “trusted advisor” relationship through strong interpersonal skills Have great attention to detail and organizational skills, be resourceful, business-oriented and results-driven Able to work independently with minimal supervision, a motivated self-starter

What will you do:
We are seeking a full-time in-house legal counsel to join our team. You will become an integral part of a dynamic team in a successful global, publicly traded cybersecurity company. You will play a key role in our corporate team. As a trusted partner, you will collaborate with other members of the Legal team and work independently with a variety of stakeholders across the organization.Public Company Reporting: including periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Israeli Registrar of Companies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
