Job Description
This position, as part of the finance department, is responsible for managing the Order-to-cash processing function for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Responsible for the full order process management cycle from purchase order to Delivering product licenses, and accurate invoicing of the company’s customers. This function is integral in providing a positive customer experience and supporting the sales organization while ensuring optimal efficiency, revenue, and margin performance post-sales, as well as, assisting various cross-organizational departments ( i.e. Deal Desk, Security services, Legal, etc.)Oversees the end-to-end Booking process of customer purchase orders including invoicing and reconciliation of customer invoices related disputes
Collaboration with Sales, Deal desk, Delivery, Security services, legal and other finance departments, as appropriate, to review and approve quote and purchase order documents
Meet departmental goals of timeliness and accuracy to maintain company standards (SOX)
Ensures all critical information matches between quotes, Purchase order, Salesforce and NetSuite (e.g. legal name, address, products, prices, terms, delivery method, etc.)
Work with various systems including Salesforce and NetSuite/Zone ERP systems
Understand and align to all internal company policies and compliances

Qualifications
University/College student with at least 2 years for graduation – MUST
Ability to work at least 2.5 days a week
Attention to details and good analytical skills
Self-Learner with ability to prioritize tasks with strong emphasis on working as part of a team
Customer centric approach while maintaining financial integrity of the customer order management process
Excellent communication skills both verbal and electronic
Flexibility and an appreciation of a fast-moving and international environment
Knowledge of Salesforce and or NetSuite is a plus
Proficient in Excel including VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, SUMIF
