Job Description
What will you do:Be a key part in the CyberArk Alero team, a passionate, self-driven, energetic and technical Product Owner (PO) for the new innovative CyberArk Secure Browser product.We are searching for an outstanding Product Owner to steer highly talented development teams.The Product Owner must demonstrate high professional skills, and always strive for an excellence. Using comprehensive technical and business knowledge, the Product Owner accompanies the entire development process starting from the planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful release to our customers. The Product Owner works closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and other leaders in R&D, and is responsible for translating product requirements into applicable tasks for the development team, taking into account NFRs, customer needs, service health and many more considerations while aiming for delivering best of breed product.The Product Owner is responsible for:Analyzing product business requirements and translate them to technical tasks.
Ongoing validation and review of product backlog value (prioritization/correct elements)
Review and refine the product's business requirements for SaaS and on premise solutions.
Own the product backlog - deconstruct large features to smaller pieces, define and prioritize the pieces that can compose a releasable product.
Deep knowledge of our products and how customers use them; be the central focal point for all parties outside of R&D department.
Working hand-in-hand with Architects, Product Managers, Product Owners and the team to deliver features from requirements to production.
Raise the connection with R&D groups and with other departments (by sessions, demos, etc.)
Make sure, together with the line managers, that ongoing deliveries are presented on time.
Own the product technical roadmap, and build it to support the business roadmap.
Utilize deep knowledge of the Cloud environments, endpoint OSes, and deployment procedures to support continuous improvement of the product.

Qualifications

Organized and formal so that communication will always be clear, and everyone are harnessed
Capable and courageous enough to deep dive into complex areas in the system, analyze them, suggest solutions, and make necessary changes
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of complex technologies, challenges, architectures and solutions
5+ years of experience in software development
3 years of experience as product owner (or technical product manager) of highly scalable SaaS complex applications
Experience in creating and leading large functional solutions
Learning and continuous improvement in nature
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Diplomatic and pragmatic - works with many stakeholders and drives for the optimal result
Proven planning skills
Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach
How will you stand out from the crowd:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field OR alumni from an elite unit
3+ years hands-on experience in software development or QA
Management experience
Experience with Agile and modern CI/CD based development
Experience working with SaaS solutions or Cloud Environments, including micro services systems
Experience with security standards and understanding of security best practices
Experience working with various Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux, etc.)
Familiarity with CyberArk products
