Job Description
We are looking for an experienced team leader with high professional and personal skills and a drive for execution to manage PSM Cloud team. You will lead the entire development process starting from the planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful release to our customers. You will also mentor the team members, and help them grow and be successful in their roles. The team leader works closely with PM, PO, support, and other team leaders in R&D.What will you do:Manage a team of 10 employeesProfessional growth of the team membersRecruit and training new team membersDefine improvement goals for the team and leading the team to achieve the goalsProduce valuable content for our customersOwn the overall design, development, architecture, quality and production of the team’s productsGain Deep knowledge of our products and how customers use them.Work hand-in-hand with product managers, product owners, other teams in the company and the team itself to deliver features from requirements to productionMaintaining our cultureDeep knowledge of our products and how customers use them#LI-LG1
Qualifications
5+ years hands-on experience in software development.3+ years of experience as a team leader, leading at least 5 developersAt least 3 years of C++ knowledge and experienceAWS knowledge and experienceCI\CD best practices, tools and proven experienceProactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approachPeople person – establish good working realtionship with team members and other stakeholdersProven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex systemExcellent communication and presentation skillsInformation security experience – an advantage
