Ensure the success of customer proof-of-concepts (POCs). Respond to the functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs. Proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing technical relationships with prospective accounts. Document client feature requests and issues in CyberArk internal systems. Support CyberArk seminars and industry trade shows in the region. Communicate customer requirements to Product Management teams. Develop technical knowledge and skills of CyberArk solutions and related technologies. Travel within the region (up to 25%). #LI-OC1 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer and/or Professional Services Engineer, or equivalent experience. Strong presentation skills with the ability to build and deliver high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at multiple levels and work cross-organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus-building abilities. High-level understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements. Strong hands-on technical abilities. Hands-on experience with Windows Administration, Active Directory and Linux operating systems. Knowledge in the leading cloud service providers: AWS, Azure, and GCP. Understand complex customer environments and design optimal architectural solutions for them.
