As a Talent Sourcer you will play a critical role within the Talent Acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity to execute our sourcing and recruiting channels strategies.We are looking for someone who enjoys spending their time finding smart and creative ways to source and attract talents.
- Identifying, engaging, and attracting top candidates through various sourcing channels while using and implementing effective sourcing tools.
-Delivering a professional and appealing candidate experience.
-Partnering with internal stakeholders - talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates.
Promoting our employer brand on various platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years experience as a talent sourcer
Experience with recruiting databases and Social Media recruiting platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter and more)
Team player with positive attitude and effective time management abilities, ability to work under pressure, handle priorities and multi-tasking in a deadline-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
