DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a seasoned Intelligence Analyst to join our Services team within the Customer Success group.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and help configure their environments on our advanced CTI platform.
Assist customers in fine-tuning and optimizing their intelligence workflows.
Investigate underground sources, threat actors, and cyber incidents.
Identify and deliver potential risks posed to our customers.
Work closely with customers (sometimes face-to-face) to train, assist, and support them in using our platform and with their varied use cases,
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of expertise in intelligence analysis, specifically WEBINT / OSINT (including military experience).
Excellent and proven analytical and report-writing skills.
A proactive, team player with the ability to multi-task.
Experience in project management, including working with other teams or functions.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Native Hebrew speaker.
Advantages
Deep understanding of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), the cybercrime world, and underground sources.
Proficiency in additional languages.
Customer-facing background.
Experience with Python / Elastic Search / Kibana.
