Description

Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in financial departments: the overflowing amount of data that, up until now, was managed by tons of Excel sheets. We take this  scattered and unstructured data and consolidate it into a single source of truth enabling finance professionals to follow it, manage it, and create the ever-needed order within the realm of finances.

The Creative Partnerships role at Datarails is responsible for overseeing the entire creative process of performance marketing ads, from ideation to production. This role involves crafting creative briefs and scripts, managing the production pipeline, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the final product meets our high standards. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent project management skills and a keen eye for detail.


What You'll Do

  • Develop creative briefs and scripts for performance marketing ads that align with Datarails' brand and objectives.

  • Manage the production pipeline from ideation to final production, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Source and select actors, ensuring they fit the creative vision and project requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with editors and provide feedback to ensure the final product meets the creative brief and Datarails' standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all creative assets are aligned and delivered on schedule.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and creative production.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in creative production, ideally within performance marketing.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of storytelling and visual communication.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Passion for marketing and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

  • Experience with design or video editing is an advantage.
