Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, initiate contact, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for building relationships, driving results, and a passion for AI technology.
Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales meetings.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar outbound sales or business development role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and lead-generation techniques.
Experience with B2B SaaS or technology-related sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Interest in AI technology and its applications.
Native-level English proficiency.
Nice to have
Prior experience in a similar startup environment.
Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making.
Experience selling to the US market or a strong understanding of the US business landscape.
