Your technical program leadership will be at the strategic direction level with responsibilities for planning and program execution. You will help develop and lead strategic action plans to support business goals.What will YOU do?Lead a large team of group program managers, through intentional development, identification of gaps and balancing team capabilities.
Establish program objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with organizational goals and objectives, subsequently communicating clear vision that inspires and empowers the team to execute.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by fostering connections beyond the immediate team, effectively bridging gaps and integrating diverse perspectives to drive collective success
Enable self-organizing, empowered teams to deliver products on-time with quality executions in an agile framework
Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
Implement and support agile principles and practices, identifying and eliminating impediments, and facilitating flow
Identify opportunities to drive impactful changes that create value for the business through compelling business cases, strategic communication and influencing tactics.
Remain current on industry trends, competitor intelligence and market research and apply to decision making and problem solving.Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Bachelor of Science in Engineering to include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Over 15+ years of program management leadership experience
Over 5+ years of experience in automotive software development or embedded control systems or related hardware
Strong complex program portfolio leadership experience, with practical familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, applied where most effective.What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Master of Science in Systems or Software Engineering, Electrical or Master of Business Administration or related field.
Change leadership experience in leading other leaders.
Leadership experience developing or utilizing industry standards
Experience working in a global team that is geographically dispersed.
PMP Certification
