Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring full end-to-end ownership and accountability.
Build and maintain a high-performance and highly available platform and implement new features.
Assist in the strategic planning and development of future features, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap and company objectives.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
A minimum of 6 years of hands-on backend development experience, including at least 2 years with Python (Django experience is an advantage).
Proven experience in the design and implementation of robust and scalable products, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch are required; Cassandra is a plus).
Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Demonstrated ability to manage requirements from the early phases through to full implementation, taking end-to-end ownership of projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
