As a member of our Engineering leadership, you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge SaaS products, built to prevent phishing attacks at scale.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of high-caliber software engineers to achieve business goals in high-paced, Agile methodology while maintaining highest quality.
Design, implement and optimize highly scalable and maintainable user-facing systems, and APIs.
Hire, mentor and inspire a team to adopt engineering excellence
Become a subject matter expert on architecture, performance, and optimization
Plan and execute quarterly and sprint plans, communicate effectively risks and mitigations.
Requirements:
BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering
5+ years of backend development - must
3+ years of technical leadership experience, people management - must
Must have 2+ years’ experience in Python
Must have experience with PostgreSQL, Cloud, Micro-Services development.
Must have experience in leading projects and planning work in Agile and dynamic manner.
Experience in Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Linux, AWS – an advantage
