The position
You will be part of Mobileye's REM (Road Experience Management) department which is responsible for the automatic High Definition map-making process, which is a key technology in Mobileye's autonomous driving and high-end Driving Assistance systems.
This is achieved by massive crowdsourcing of drives data and cutting edge parallel programming infrastructure, supporting huge algorithmic development.
Our team is responsible for our cloud-infrastructure which is the core of the map creation process for both production and development, using state of the art cloud technologies
What will your job look like:
Ownership and responsibility for REM’s cloud backend and services, enabling both fast development and running at a high scale in a production environment
Continually develop, adjust and improve all systems and sub systems in line with customer needs
Work with various stakeholders across the department
What you need:
At least 4 years of work experience in backend development
Experience with Node.js
Experience with databases - no SQL, relational
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud Services
Knowledge of Spark / distributed systems - advantage
Experience working with Redis, Kafka – advantage
