monday.com is looking for a senior Tech Lead with a builder’s mindset, full-stack experience and passion for great UX to join the Office of the CEOs. You will act as a liaison between senior leadership and key technological stakeholders, and help plan, prototype, and direct the development of select product and infrastructure efforts. You will also collaborate with analytics teams to conceptualize and build the suite of data apps used to measure the company’s progress, manage operational efforts and keep the company on track.
About The Role
Build a shared vision with the CEOs and senior leadership for key product efforts, then support development by prototyping, collaborating with leading developers and technical leaders from the R&D organization, and serving as subject matter leader.
Work with the Management Analytics team to build custom dashboarding and mobile data reporting apps, used company-wide to track and influence key metrics. These tools will potentially be integrated into monday’s core product in the future.
Create dedicated applications for different verticals of the company’s business operations.
Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL.
Your Experience & Skills
Strong technical skills, and experience developing features end-to-end (client and server).
5+ years of experience building web applications from scratch.
Great product sense, a passion for building software that provides a great experience, and demonstrated expertise in data visualization.
A hands-on bar raiser: Opinionated about best practices and processes of software development, and comfortable leading and setting standards by example.
Capacity to generalize and summarize technical issues and dilemmas for varying audiences and bandwidths; you will report to the Head of Analytics at the CEOs office but mostly work independently with senior management and leaders across the company.
Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people).
