monday.com seeks an experienced designer to join the Office of the CEO. In this role, you will play a key part in envisioning, crafting, and executing strategic cross-company projects.
The Office of the CEO is a unique multidisciplinary team within monday.com that uses a robust toolbox to advance company leadership’s prioritized agenda and key projects through design, product, data analytics, data science and engineering. Members of the team are leaders in their respective domains of expertise collaborating with senior partners all across the company.
About The Role
In this role you'll design marketing materials, presentations, conceptual product ideas to support strategic projects managed by the team and monday's executive leadership
Leverage multidisciplinary design skills for storytelling and communicating complex narratives
Collaborate with different stakeholders such as content writers, developers, and project managers to work on inspirational projects
Take ownership of each project from the initial stages through to completion
Brainstorm and design new products and take concepts through to production
Your Experience & Skills
A strong online design portfolio consisting of web-based marketing campaigns, brand identity and strong graphic principles.
Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or related field.
3+ years of experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process focusing on online graphic and brand design skills.
Positive can-do attitude, resourcefulness and an ability to switch gears and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Great personality and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
