About The Role
Hands-on business applications management, Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of HRIS platforms and ensure adherence to best practices for data management, system integrations, and user adoption.
Lead and mentor a team of super-power HRIS implementors and developers.
Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Work closely with Business Stakeholders, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Work towards impact - Proactively initiate solutions to increase efficiency and visibility across the organization. achieve customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scalability, performance, and UX/UI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, analytics, BI, IT, etc.
Your Experience & Skills
Proven experience (3 years) with SAP SuccessFactors system management in medium–large-size companies – advantage.
Understanding HR business processes, best practices, and functionality - must.
Strong technical and operational skills and a passion for implementing features end-to-end.
Ability to work independently, manage your tasks, and proactively solve problems
Team Player, dynamic with excellent communication and collaboration skills a positive attitude, and empathy - Both written and verbal (English and Hebrew)
API & Integration experience – Advantage
