Mentor Others: Support and guide junior designers, helping them grow and fostering a positive team environment.
Keep It Consistent: Develop and maintain design standards to ensure a cohesive look and feel across the product.
Stay Ahead: Keep up with design trends and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Your Experience & Skills
Experienced Designer: You have 7+ years of experience in UX and UI design, and you’ve led design projects before. Experience with workflow automation is a plus.
Portfolio Pro: You have a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and your ability to tackle complex projects.
Tool Savvy: You’re comfortable with design tools like Figma, Rive, and prototyping tools.
Leader and Collaborator: You know how to lead a team, communicate your ideas clearly, and work well with others.
Educated: You have a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Additional certifications are a bonus.
