Your Experience & Skills
Proven Product Management Experience: At least 5 years as a product manager with a track record of delivering impactful products.
Proven managerial Experience: at least 3 years of experience as a manager of product managers and have a proven track record in nurturing top talents.
Top-notch communication skills: Strong communication skills, ability to inspire and lead diverse teams and clearly explain product decisions and their rationale.
Strategic and Impact-Driven: Strong strategic mindset with a “business first” mentality, balancing short and long-term needs.
Self-Driven Leader: Comfortable making decisions and leading without consensus, with a bias for action.
Problem Solver: Skilled at breaking down complex problems into actionable steps that accelerate decision-making.
Data-driven: Proficient in using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
Adaptable: Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
