About The Role
Develop product related curriculums and content such as presentations, videos, courseware, workshops, quizzes, and more.
Work with multiple SMEs and under a tight timeline.
Manage projects to ensure that content is created and deployed properly in accordance with the project plan.
Analyze programs’ effectiveness, and user satisfaction, and work to improve them.
Implement and manage the content in our LMS.
Your Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience in instructional design, including the following: Developing product-related e-learning content and exams using multimedia authoring tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 - Rise, Genially.io).
Having hands-on experience with an LMS or LXP.
Working in a global, fast-paced environment.
Working independently on multiple projects, as well as in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across groups, levels, and geographies.
English at mother-tongue level – must.
Experience with monday.com platform - advantage.
