About The Role
Be an ambassador of the monday.com brand, creating and implementing our guidelines for each project
Innovate continually within the Brand Awareness Team to build and improve our out of home campaigns that attract existing and new customers
Review work with an objective, data-driven eye, and apply learnings to future work
Own strategic projects and lead from A-Z
Use strong communication skills to work within a dynamic and fast cross-functional team
Be a strategic partner, not just a do-er — working collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders
Your Experience & Skills
3+ years of brand marketing experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process
Clear communication skills
A strong design portfolio consisting of branding projects and marketing assets, full campaigns, and strong graphic principles
Positive attitude and great personality with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
Ability to adapt, switch gears, prioritize, and meet deadlines to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High level of written and spoken English
