Define, build, and track People related OKRs
Perform deep-dive analysis related to people’s productivity and cross-company collaboration.
Build reports and dashboards using BI tools.
Lead various systems integration to the data cloud.
Synthesize data and trends into actionable insights.
Monitor data quality and integrity.
Inform data-driven decision-making with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Your Experience & Skills
3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / BI role
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data, paying attention to details
Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (Tableau or similar BI tool)
Expert in SQL
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
Proven ability to build relationships and work in a team as well as an independent environment
Degree in quantitative fields, with strong analytical orientation- advantage
Trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of discretion in working with sensitive and highly confidential information
Storytelling and presentation skills
Familiar with APIs and integration processes
