Your Experience & Skills
5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of working with executives
Proven track record of managing complexity and leading successful recruitment efforts in fast-paced environments
Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with senior executives and high-profile individuals
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey our company's culture and values to potential candidates
Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions to drive projects forward
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
High level of adaptability and resilience
Fluent English, both Verbal and written- A must
