Scale the team by recruiting top talent, mentoring team members, and establishing best practices and efficient processes.
Oversee the full cycle of machine learning and AI initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring continuous delivery and tangible business value.
Identify and analyze diverse inputs to pinpoint business opportunities, translating complex challenges into actionable data science projects.
Manage a diverse portfolio of machine learning models, balancing short-term gains with innovative projects to maximize business value.
Your Experience & Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, preferably within a hyper-growth environment.
5+ years of experience managing a data science and AI team, with a proven track record in a growth-oriented company.
A Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Physics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Proven capability in managing diverse stakeholders across the organization and driving multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience leading end-to-end production-grade ML projects addressing complex business and product issues.
Excellent skills in SQL and Python, with expertise in optimized data processing and machine learning pipelines.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, strong business acumen, and a team-oriented approach.
