Set clear expectations and context to create a positive work environment based on accountability and ownership.
Work closely with the ״Builders״ in Monday - product, designers, and developers - to execute our roadmap as well as keeping constant communication with the client-facing teams.

Your Experience & Skills
Proven success record managing teams in hyper growth tech companies.
Impact-driven, and business-oriented. Passion for building high-end products and cultivating great engineering culture.
User and product first, creating delightful experiences with high user satisfaction
Ability to scale out the team, nurturing talents, and high-paced hiring.
Experienced in both complicated and common mobile architecture patterns of high concurrency and scale, in a multithreaded environment.
Problem solver, with ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
Excellent communicator with ability to convey a message in a structured, purposeful way.
