About The Role
Work with a team of experienced and highly talented developers in an environment with cutting-edge technologies.
Spearheaded the development of new features and functionalities from ideation to implementation, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and maintain features for multiple products within the monday.com ecosystem.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to integrate and extend platform capabilities as needed.
Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of our products, driving initiatives to improve code quality, performance, and scalability.
Promote a culture of innovation and ongoing growth, inspiring the team to explore new ideas and think creatively.
Continuously monitor and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Your Experience & Skills
3+ years of proven experience
Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
Passion for both client-side and server-side development
A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences.
Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
Problem solver: Has the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
Impact-driven, user and business oriented.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and mindset of “get things done”.
Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people)
