Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent, and build a strong talent pipeline.
Implement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.
Your Experience & Skills
At least 2-4 years experience as a team lead in a Hi-tech company
Experience with managing a team of at least 4 Recruiters.
Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously
Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences
Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
