As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar BA to join our great team. As a BA manager, you will be responsible for analytics and analysis of the company’s products. By querying the right data in the right way, using advanced statistical analysis techniques and dashboarding tools and adding your business insight - you will help us make smart, data driven decisions, and support all other departments. - Build dashboards and monitor important business KPIs - Conduct thorough analysis – identify trends, causality and estimations to support the business decision making process - Create and validate predictive models - Automate analysis tools - Conduct A/B tests, analyze the results and recommend accordingly - BA/BSC degree in: Economics, statistics, mathematics, physics, business studies or any other quantitative field - Advanced knowledge of statistics (significance tests, causal analysis, predictive models etc.) - Excellent control with Excel - Excellent control with SQL - Experience in data analysis - Experience with dashboarding systems (experience with Looker - advantage) - Python skills – advantage
