Playtika is looking for a sharp and passionate HRBP to join our team
Responsibilities
As a unit HRBP, you will act as a member of the unit’s Management Team as well as the corporate HR team.
Partner with the General Manager and senior leadership team to develop and implement effective HR practices that will support the strategic growth of a business
As HR4HR, you will proactively support the global HR processes E2E and partner with HR management and functions.
Sets and aligns the global talent strategy with a company's business priorities
Managing the employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, retention, and offboarding
Indirect management of HR Lead function to support the unit globally
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
Lead core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance
Data integrity - ensure accurate, reliable, and consistent data throughout the organization's HR processes
Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions
Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure alignment with local practices
Maintain an accurate database of the unit’s employees and positions.
Requirements
5+ years' experience in Human Resources Management, including OD processes in global organizations
Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree- an advantage
Experience in working remotely with US West Coast site
Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
