We are looking for a Management Assistant to serve as a personal assistant for the company’s management.
What will you be doing:
Ongoing work with the executive staff in a pressure environment
Managing the management’s calendars
Coordination of business trips and agendas
Managing external visits and guests to the company
Front desk tasks and administrative services
Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
Assist the administration team with team tasks

Previous experience in a similar position in high tech companies - Advantage
High level English, reading, writing and speaking
Excellent Office skills
Ability to work independently, responsibly, out of the box thinking and multi- tasking
Academic Education – advantage
Full time job with availability for additional hours
